Be the human face of RewardSuite. Get our loyalty platform into the hands of gym owners across Australia (and beyond), turn cold leads into onboarded clients, and shape how the world hears about us.
What you'll do
- Build and run our outbound pipeline β cold outreach, warm intros, follow-ups, demos
- Own the sales cycle end-to-end: prospect β demo β trial β paid signup β handover to Customer Success
- Drive content marketing: short-form video, case studies, gym-owner-facing posts on LinkedIn / Instagram / TikTok
- Run the email + SMS marketing engine β newsletters, drip campaigns, launch announcements
- Get RewardSuite featured in fitness industry press, podcasts, and franchise group communications
- Feed product insights back to the team β what objections come up, what features close deals, what holds people back
You are
- 2+ years selling SaaS, fitness, or local business services β bonus points for both
- Comfortable on camera, on phones, and writing copy that doesn't sound like a corporate handbook
- Self-starter β we're a small team, you'll set your own pipeline and own the outcome
- Knows how gym owners think (and what they're tired of hearing)
- Australian residency required (we'll handle the rest)
